The Texas Speleological Survey publishes several different series of publications, both current and historical. The list below provides links to pages with more detailed information about each of the currently available publications; note, too, that a number of out-of-print publications have been made available as PDFs for free download (click here). Please refer to the TSS Pricelist for current availability, prices, and ordering information (download here). Click on the thumbnail map below to get an idea of our coverage.

Submitting Manuscripts for Publication

The TSS will consider manuscripts concerning Texas caves, caving, and karst resources for publication in one of our series (Bulletins, Monographs, or Karst Awareness and Education). This may in certain cases include MS or PhD theses. All manuscripts will be peer reviewed, and revisions may be required as a condition for acceptance. For further information, please contact the Editor. Suggestions for Historical Reprints may also be sent to this address.
